How to source Starter Vape Kit mouthpiece for resale
Ordering starter vape kit is not difficult. Ordering starter vape kit that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We supply dropshippers in European and North American markets with core lines that turn over predictably, and we keep the specification list short enough for your team to actually manage.

How orders move from factory to shelf
This page is for dropshippers who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.
Labels, closures and traceability
Advertising rules are stricter than product rules in most markets. Claims about cessation, health or comparative performance should stay off packaging and off your product pages unless your legal team has signed them off.
We keep batch codes traceable from carton to production date. When a market authority asks for traceability, a supplier who cannot produce it in an hour becomes a liability very quickly.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
Technical questions usually arrive at the worst possible moment, which is why we answer them on WhatsApp as well as email. A photo and a two line message resolves most issues faster than a ticket.
Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Reference sample retained from every batch
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 2.73 to 8.27 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.

Frequently asked
What is the minimum order for starter vape kit?
Standard configurations start at 60 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 240 units because of setup time on the line.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
How long does production take?
Around 12 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
